E' adatto per per uomini che considerano il profumo la cornice del proprio carattere. Clean, crisp, inoffensive, soft, professional and elegant. Now it smells of nothing. I can barely smell it on my skin. Damn shame because that initial spray had me convinced I had found my signature scent. I am reminded of Salvatore Ferragamo a bit with its juicy, pelargonium heart, yet the green tea note and vetiver in BPH is more-obvious, the woods and clean musk supporting the serene, carefree quality. !I may not share with hubby after all!) This is suitable for the spring, summer and fall. I like tea scents, so I thought Id like Bvlgari Pour Homme. Amazing, elegant, fun, full of life. Fragrant Ica does not seem to list the Extrme version of this separatelybut it is a different beast. It is a fresh smell for all day wear, and would recommend it time and time again. Just not as strong. I use to own a bottle of this is in early 00s and I remember it been more bright and with a prominent Tea note. Marissa Zappas Announces A New Collection + A Giveaway! bvlgari When I first encountered BPH, it was almost a decade after its release (2006) and I bought it scent unsniffed, from an online retailer after reading the reviews of Fragranticans far wiser and experienced than myself. I felt obligated to wear Bulgari Pour Homme because to me it smells like the Platonic ideal of an expensive, flawlessly tailored and pressed suit. On me I find it best in fall/winter with a suit or expensive sweater. However, though I enjoyed these qualities, the masculine notes faded very quickly leaving a powdery, floral impression. A very natural one. This is the most contemporary professional scent I've encountered so far, with an elusiveness that fascinates me. It is too late for you-HE is in your mind.. I didn't miss it one single time when it was all gone. leve, suave, aconchegante, marcante, elegante, esse perfume uma obra primacriaram o exteme, mas nao conseguiu ser tao bom quanto o pour homme, pois a imitaao nunca supera a originalidade.sua fixaao boa o bastante para sua sutileza, mesmo ficando rente a pele, consegue deixar um rastro bem leve mas perceptivel a quem sente, quem se aproxima de voce usando bulgary pour homme com certeza sentir um aroma agradavel e lembrar para sempre!!! I can't think of an era in history where a man scented like this isn't a fantastic smelling dude. On my second bottle now!!! It's very fresh and clean and masculine. E' cos delicato che dovr, e potr, essere apprezzato solo da coloro che supereranno il confine di una stretta di mano. I wish it had a bit more sillageit's SO softbut really, that is my only complaint. My all time favorite scent I have to try atelier oolong infini. Nice crisp smell, pleasant enough, no probs there.. Bulgari Pour Homme (because everyone knows the V's are just for aesthetics). A perfume that does not want to say anything and does not even try. Pour Homme becomes woodier and softer, while Soir is a little darker, creamier, and earthier, more interesting to me. But it lacks warmth for me.

It didint gave me much compliments. It's not the most amazing thing you'll ever smell, yet it is undeniably charming. Tempted to go back tomorrow; definitely worth a second look and a try on skin this time. this is one of my husband's favorite perfume.

It's not so much like Gucci PH2 which has cinnamon and a sweeter vibe.

Very nice opening but then what I think is a huge amount of iso e super takes over and I smell little else. can be boring for some guys loving loud applauses. Very thin, too thin to be called a good scent, and yet the basics were there, reading the pyramid looks like anything else perfume. But today, it's just meh. I used to date a guy that used it and I actually thought that it's his natural body smell, and I loved it. Solid scent. Great unique smell. Zero projection and poor staying power.

Longevity is one of the few but constant issues with many of the Bvlgari's line of perfumes in general. Barely there, I decided to use the rest of the sample vial, and wow, the amount of alcohol surprised me.

I understand the reference to Fahrenheit that Morkant mentions, is it the combination of lavender and spice? Bvlgari Pour Homme by Bvlgari is a Woody Floral Musk fragrance for men. It is for the guy that no one dare to mess with, but smell is pleasing fresh, and inviting. The best way to appreciate this fragrance is to live with someone who wears it. Sillage and longevity are great on my skin. !Its so gentle and lovely!!!! whenever I wear grey (t-shirt, suit, shirts, ect) I wear this. Then sharpens with spices and woods. 9/10, Farkedilirlik daha fazla olsayd nanlmaz guzel br parfum olurdu icerk olarak cok kaliteli bircok niche parfume tas ckartr. I really like it! Pour Homme, to me, comes across as a soft and ethereal musk paired with vetiver, a slice of lime and gentle puffs of soft aldehydesand that's pretty much it. Very classy overall, and quite safe in that it wouldn't offend, though perhaps tricky in that I suspect it smells stronger than the wearer is aware of. Bvlgari Pour Homme come un tatuaggio nascosto, non accessibile a tutti, non un marcatore. This smells so clean and fresh.

Total blind buy.I had no idea what this one would smell like but the price was awesome enough to take a chance. Dry down is musky and that's fine with me. by Dr. Marlen Elliot Harrison, Rouu Abd El-Latif, Stefanie Jhn, John Biebel, Elena Vosnaki, by Elena Vosnaki, Yi Shang ( ), Rouu Abd El-Latif, Dr. Marlen Elliot Harrison, John Biebel, Miguel Matos. It does indeed begin to sit closer to the skin a little early but the citruses and freshness just keep finding their way to persist. a very formal scent in my opinion, i use it on days when i have important business meetings where you want to smell good without charging up other peoples noses!! The Bvlgari PH is drier, not really sweet, very faintly floral, and dries down to a very subtle woods/tea combo. BPH open a big shot of my mistake and Swiss lemonade in a street of my mason. Much missed, along with soir. YMMV- your mileage my vary. The overall scent is not much different to Soir Pour Homme. This is one vertical smell although it has many notes. To me this smells like spray starch and I now know that it is the aldehydes I am smelling. The tea note in this is amazing because it literally gives off that soothing and calming effect that I was talking about. This are my best morning fragrance. Bulgari pour Homme is like the Soda water by itself, with a few more notes added to it, it could be delicious. Top notes are Tea, Aldehydes, Bergamot, Lavender, Nutmeg Flower, Orange Blossom and Mandarin Orange; middle notes are Pepper, iris, Guaiac Wood, Brazilian Rosewood, Coriander, Cyclamen, Cardamom, Carnation and Geranium; base notes are Musk, Vetiver, Cedar, Oakmoss, Amber and Tonka Bean. I could wear this anytime, anyplace. Bvlgari Pour Homme is a citrus, musky and woody fragrance. Bvlgari's romance with tea in perfumes begins with the now iconic Bvlgari Au Parfumee The Vert, composed by J.C. Ellena in 1992. I felt so sad, so empty, so alone yet I was surrounded by people. Sprayed it on a test strip and could barely even detect it. Don't even compare this to Soir cos they're really quite different especially if you put them side by side. I concur with most of the other reviews. I'm not sure if I like this or not, I just got 100ml for Christmas and I'm having to spray it every 5 minutes to get the smell back. Can be worn both by men and women.

It's the weakest perfume I have ever come across. A contemplative sit on a stone bench in the morning dampness of an ancient tree and moss covered garden on the forst edge, outside a distillery. I love this smell so much! Tears rolling down my cheeks, I wandered to the perfume department in order to get a quick relief. I did not feel the scent of tea at the beginning as many have described. suave, discreto porm marcante, mulheres amam isso em um homem, rente a pele, mas elegante e fino, charmoso.combina com varios tipos de roupas e ocasies,a saida dele ardida, bem verde, apos alguns minutos a nota de ch predomina e faz dele agradavel.seca pra baixo e projeao razoavel,no maximo meio metro pra sentir, fixa super bem em mim, indispensavel, topsuper top. Performance is excellent. That's not to say it's boring though.I find it unique for some reason but can't yet put my finger on it. It has a brisk, yet elegant character that would go well with warm days and nice-casual. Flowers musk and woods are deftly entwined, without too much sweetness or spice, and only enough citrus to tease out the freshness of the prevailing tea accord. The other one was Armani Pour Homme (when I was a teeny tiny kiddo) and this Bvlgari when I was in HS. Lavender, spice, tonka and still that vetiver (listed as a basenote but it's pure vetiver in the opening, if you ask me). Dont get me wrong. Some folks say it has poor sillage etc, but it works for me, it's just perfect. I simply love Bvlgari fragrances, especially those with the signature tea note.

a very refined, classy fragrance. A lot of reviewers said that this scent was "polite", that it was for the polite man, the well mannered and reserved man and that is what interested in this fragrance because I am that kind of man. *Virtually identical*. It smells like green tea and i wrongly bought this last summer last month ago and wrongly wearing it. . To me this is too minimalistic. When I got to my car, I sprayed a bit in the air and I was pleasantly surprisednothing remotely like Black, of course and actually quite the contrary. Great for summer. Very floral for my taste, drydown very muted. I have this.. I'm not against a smokey element in a man's cologne per se, but this smells like grilled hamburger. Another Cavallier masterpiece. Elegant & masculine the tea notes linger all the way through the musky base. This perfume suited for a man, not a grown up like I. But give it some time and let it evolve from your skin and then see the magic.Classy scent and lasts on you for a long time. Pure memories of my good ol days in a bottle. Apart from the intense mandarin, nutmeg and tea top notes I would like to add a very elegant mastic note that becomes sweeter during the middles. It is much bolder with stronger sillage, but the scent is the same.lasts longer than the regular one listed. is simply wrong. Received and tried this yesterday. This is undoubtedly the most beautiful collection of masculine fragrances by Bvlgari, and each one is a play on tea. The short story here for me is that this is smooth versatile and classy. I'm sure in the 90's this was the t*ts. I like the smell and i find it amazing that this would be the cologne to favour my body chemistry. it is very woooddyyy & classic i luv it in the night after workhour this fragrance & drink a whisky. Of course, we all know that notes are mere metaphors, but in the extremely bizarre case of BVLGARI POUR HOMME, the metaphors clash head-on with my experience. The tea and citrus still stick around along with a light woody base to round out an absolute perfect fragrance. Solid scent. Similar to extreme in fact, but weaker. Very green and flat. Kind of a muted fruity floral at the start waning into spices and musk. Cannot recommend ti anyone with faith that theyll even be able to smell it. This has been my signature spring/summer scent since 2003.. Not a big fan of the opening notes, if you smelled it very close to your nose. This particular attribute made me love this perfume from the first spray. I will wear this during my brief spring season when temps are in the 70s, during the day at work. Now with these absurd reformulations turned him into an odorless water, I almost feel no fragrance in it .. Have you ever mix pour homme extreme with soir ? , .. . It's like Bvlgari Pour Homme Soir but the Soir is better. All the other tea scents I've tried miss the mark completely by being too sweet or not actually smelling like tea at all, but Pour Homme's tea is potent, realistic and tannic. INITIAL REIVEW: Very dry/sharp on application, but dries down with a little more warmth. it's a perfect perfume to those who live in the tropical climate; like us. This is one of the two frags I like from Bvlgari (Black is the other). What makes this really shine is that the musk is a bit laid back. I like it a lot but the sweetness literally almost made me puke it was probably because I was sniffin it up close on my wrist but if it was on a person passing by me and it was not over doneit can be very nice and relaxing ok, you go to the store and are looking for a room freshener. The alcohol is pungent when I first spray this on, and it starts off with a generic "perfume smell", but it quickly settles in to a fresh, green, woody fragrance. Discreet, subtle, nice, elegant, distinctive. from the first sneef u feel the musk..musk musk but i love it i am planing to buy this one for my lovely boyfriend ..when i smelled it the first time i had the picture in my mind: man, masculine built man with soft soul..is lovely and if i may say a clasic one. But it is still enjoyable. This garners a lot of compliments.trust me. The bottle and box are both very fittinggray, transparent and simple with silver accents. I gave this to my husband to try. This one has grown on me. What a MASTERPIECE, Bvlgari Pour Homme you are a beauty, this is real cologne for real professionals who enjoy life but keep business as business, who does not need to prove anything to anyone. It was amazing on him, subtle but long lasting. Anyone else have that problem? To guest_ : Your review is a product description for the fragrance appearing everywhere on the net. Smells a bit like fabric softener, but that's not a bad thing!

Definitely agreeing with fingerlicker, it's extremely weak. Yes, I realise there are other notes, but they are so faint, they barely register. Easily unisex. Jacques Cavallier is my favorite. I don't get a lot of the floral notes that are mentioned but I do get all sorts of smells including tea, aldehydes, various citrus notes (very gentle) and vetiver and tonka bean at various points. But the Pour Homme is written in italic.. Is it legit bottle? No wonder not too many people talk about this anymore, what a disappointment. Top pra mim Terre d Hermes, Buagary no MAXIMO um bom perfume. Let me describe this perfume in ONE word : SUPERB!!! My intention was to give it to my hubby because he's been a little sad lately that his beloved Bvlgari Black is almost gone. Its not flashy but its still seductive.

Non un profumo per tutti gli uomini, anzi. This fragrance reminds me of so many wonderful memories of growing up. It's like spicy tea with waterlillies.

The best drydown in my opinion. It's not a bad scent, just so many more interesting fragrances on the market today for about the same price. you see sprays, stick-ups and carpet powder. It does not compare to other scents with strong tea notes like L'Artisan Tea for Two or Gucci Pour Homme II.

The initial spray of this scent was amazing. No mximo uma boa fragrancia, j o experimentei e me pareceu uma bom perfume de escritrio, mas nada espetacular. Bulgary tradicional uma das maiores fragancias de todos os tempos na minha opiniao.

I'd like to get some feedback from anyone who has owned original and recent versions of this. But after 3-4 hours it settles down to a unique florals note. I acquired this and the Soir flanker last year. Bvlgari Pour Homme is for winners. Tea note here extremely elegant, cant praise it enough, one of my absolute favourite! I have smelled this fragrance and much like it. I just got it today.

It's really a steal at the prices you can get it for online. Simple, contemplation, intimate. A definite lady killer, at least for me it is. The composure of it as one reviewer said is unmatched by any other fragrance. Classic legendary fragrance! Such is the nature of aldehydes or the 'sparkle' in a classic fragrance. this is very popular in milan. Very classy but very light scent. Just amazing. Even spraying an entire bottle of it I can smell the smell he had in the past. Umema: The Perfume That'll Never Be Smelled, Carner Barcelona - the Summer Journey Collection, Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal Pour Homme Le Parfum, Amber and Ambergris are Two Different Notes, Rice Perfumes That Stand Out From the Crowd, Should You Smell Someone Before Talking to Them?

They promise so much; giving you hope and joy but then are gone so quickly!

Well, i gave it to him, of course i do, heh. It is the perfect adjective for this perfume. I have so many niche now, but this is still my one of favo, also i like its dry down musk than other musky fragrances, Classic at the best, btw i dont find much similarities between Soir edition and pour homme editions. Not strong and disgusting, so soft as i like. It stays very close to the skin. Very nice parfume for day, soft and masculin. Absolutely sublime, will always be a staple of my collection. One of my closest friends from college gave this to me as a birthday gift many years ago, and I still have it. Nice, clean scent. It's criminal that this was discontinued, yes it's light, in a time where people want heavy clouds around them, but Bvlgari PH was sophisticated, yet subtle. It's one for the office or something serious, not one for play or romance (unless your other half particularly likes it, of course). This smells exactley like gendarme gendarme, identicle. It's tea, Floral and damp earth to my nose. I think it's clean, fresh, elegant. Heavy bottle, but smelled like alcohol with water and some lemon or sour citrus fruit-scented musky liquid with poor longevity and projection. Perfect for laid back summer days while strolling along the beach. To be honest this is a fragrance in my collection that I don't really ever look forward to wearing, it's not that exciting, intriguing or super unique. | Deutsch | Espaol | Franais | etina | Italiano | | Polski | Portugus | | | Nederlands | Srpski | Romn | | | | |, Copyrights 2006-2022 Fragrantica.com perfumes magazine - All Rights Reserved - do not copy anything without prior written permission. Barley lasts 1 hour at best. However it's not my favourite one from the "Pour Homme" line. Bvlgari Pour Homme smells like a fresher, greener version of Lalique's Encre Noir. Bvlgari Aqua (or Aqva) is a much better choice. every guy in this world should wear this perfume. Perfume lovers: 792,148 It is definitely for the refined, the elegant, the true gentleman. It smells very natural and quietly elegant. Here we discuss personal opinion and our own experience we have wearing the scent. Now, I am not saying that it is a copy of Dior's much beloved scent, but there are similarities between the two. aqua and aqua marine are more for casual wear in my opinion and besides every other person i know is wearing aqua.. Bvlgari PH has moderate sillage and projection, good longevity. I would say it is a Tea sprinkled with light peppers, complemented by musk and floral notes. Unfortunately I regretted buying it (blind)because it's very synthetic i.m.o. I still have a bottle (with around 30 ml juice left) from the late 90s, and I'm just amazed at how it held its scent through the years that's more than 20 freaking years (although my Chanel No 5s would probably say hold my beer lol). Absolutely fantastic, has character and is unique, for me at least. The only version I wear is the Extreme. A very special, very incredibly-blended clean and bright fragrance for men. I bought a tester of this fragrance and I must say that I am not overly impressed with it. Side by side comparison. Thank you to the reviews for this as it is an amazing find. This is good cologne for office, also this is good for casual wear in summer season. I would not mind a little more flower or a pinch of spicy or a vetiver and more decisive cedar, it's all so flat that it tastes of nothing. I would give this a 9.5 overall due to it's complexity, uniqueness, and style. One of the first tea fragrances I encountered, for men at least. Outstanding! One of the best scent I ever had. I've owned this for a couple of years and I don't smell any wood. excellent perfume. This is safe for blind buy especially if you like vetiver. Its very light yet innocently heavy at the same time. Bvlgari Pour Homme was launched in 1996. This fragrance smells simple yet complex. Pour Homme settles into a rather nice woody scent with amber and some green notes. This perfume is a must for summer mornings. Very well done fragrance, definitely worth buying and trying!! I literally have to spray all the time. I would like to get the extreme version but there are better versatile fragrances. The fact that it's understated and polite doesn't make it any less wonderful. It's elegant, sexy and reassuring. Just cant get past it. And it's super affordable. I tried to spray a great deal in a vain attempt to get some of the scent to stay. It is so subtle that it could work like an extension of one's personal scent. Fresh & spicy. I love Bvlgari, this is the best. The last few times I had to wear a suit (which are few and far between!) This and Chanel Allure were my go to scents when I first really got into fragrances. A compliment getter, indeed. There is so much to love when it comes to Bvlgari Pour Homme. The nose behind this fragrance is Jacques Cavallier. Therefore, if you like oakmoss and you do not want something that smells too dated, this is for you. The tea and citrus still stick around along with a light woody base to round out an absolute perfect fragrance. Not to much in your face which compliments the floral notes perfectly. Dont worry about over spraying, its practically impossible. The tea note in this is amazing because it literally gives off that soothing and calming effect that I was talking about. Almost identical to Bvlgari pour homme Extrme. Hundreds, possibly thousands of scents later, I understand how amazingly well constructed and unique it is. Starts off with the trademark bvlgari tea note mixed with a light smooth orange grind accord along with some other florals which ultimately warms down into a light aromatic and slightly woody and musky base. The OG formulation is so superior even to that of the Extreme version. However, I think it's brother Pour Homme Soir is much nicer. It was my first entry to the world of INTERESTING frags, and, believe me, one of the best. I have it on me this morning and it is okay not a wooow but it is fine ! Very solid fragrance for summer, it's a staple on my small and humble collection. I agree that it's a very long lasting scent with above average silage. I am trying out Salvatore Ferragamo but Bvlgari is the one i prefer. The best I can come up with is that it's a moderately sweet, but clean, grayish fabricky musk that is hard to detect when you're searching for it, but always transparently there in the background. Initial spray woody, green, fresh, spicy, citrusy. I got a 10 ml bottle sprayer decant and its a well rounded scent very aural not projecting. classy, elegant, strong and absolutely seductive! Bvlgari pour homme, now on the market a few years but always appreciated, as all products of the brand, the freshness of this fragrance is multiplied by the cube, the purity of the fragrance left on the skin by the spray until the end like a breath of wind Spring that brings with it the smell of flowers that are about to bloom, and the air is heated drying moisture of winter.
