We have bought a playground and trampoline for our four kids and wouldn't go anywhere else. Talking to them on the phone they advised me on specials they were running and when they would expire. We combed it over and found no reason for concern. I have purchased a basketball goal and a trampoline from Recreation Unlimited. They were flexible on delivery and put it right in place. Does this work with the Salt Water Systems? Our kids are loving it! The installers arrived on the day Cierra told me they would arrive. You cant find better pricing either. Great experience all the way through! We have been pricing them. Friendly, accommodating, best selection of sheds around Indy that are built and delivered on time. Work was done quickly and correctly, the crews cleaned up after themselves. The customer service team was very easy and pleasant to work with. It is designed to be used inside of the grey spa filter stand pipe with the handle up. And they were great to work with. The chemicals are priced cheaper than I can find! We could not have been happier with our experience of getting our hot tub through Recreation Unlimited! The basketball goal looks great! We actually did all the paperwork through email and did not actually visit their location until the day we picked up the spa. She was extremely responsive to e-mails and helped us through last minute changes we wanted to do. The product is excellent too!!! Underneath will be a hollow tube. I keep hearing that the problem is with the company from which R.U. I have been buying from them for several years and find they have a very helpful staff, an amazing showroom, and the highest equipment from brands like Goalrilla, Spring Free, and Woodplay. Consider their service department's work "AT YOUR OWN RISK" or better yet, take your business elsewhere!Find a company who stands behind their work and treats your home like their own. 
Your Ag+ cartridge should be replaced once every 4 months or each time the hot tub is drained and refilled, which ever is shorter. 
Delivery was very good and the install was very efficient and he was very helpful . The goal is fine, but there is more give in it than I'd like. We love our playset! Not the best place, not the best prices, and there was a dead roach in one of the hot tubs. Family friendly! I was home when the goal was installed but they arrived, installed and left so quickly, I did not even notice they had arrived. It's labor intensive. Timely response. My family and I recently purchased our first hot tub and had an amazing experience! The installation process was smooth and they were even able to do it ahead of the projected date. Can you use this with a Biguanide (Non-chlorine) system? Do not enter the spa if the free available chlorine residual is over 5 ppm.
