Totally different from the fly-by-wire unjeweled and disposable movements of the modern age (excluding, of course the high end GS quartz movements). Not sure about the Minute hand, but Sweep Seconds hands of some 7T32's are identical and will fit (although perversely in many cases, Seiko gave them different part numbers to their 7Axx counterparts). rare find in this condition. 7T32 Hour hands won't fit a 7A28 (or 7A38) because their bores are larger. I agree, a qualified watch maker should be able to clean up the dial and even relume the hands assuming that is lume. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Same with the green dots on the dial.
