Our employees know how to listen to everyone in order to bring well-being and satisfaction to as many people as possible. Only downside, a bit expensive for a menu without exceptional product, even for a one star. Very friendly, discreet and courteous service! This well located restaurant is located about 300 meters from the Cathedral and near the "European Parliament". During the confinement we offered take-out, but this is no longer relevant. If you are a solo traveler like I was, do not hesitate in coming here.

One of the best restaurants in Alsace, without a doubt. The whole team was able to share their professionalism with us while making us feel very comfortable. Reservation is a must, and as expected it is a high priced restaurant for the extreme quality they serve. + very fair prices The 4-stroke menu is a marvel, we discovered unknown flavors. I always ask if service is included, knowing full well it is in Europe, just to see what reaction I get and on this occasion, our waiter was genuinely horrified that I had even asked as of course it was! In its 48 years, it has received (and lost) its "Michelin 3 star" ranking [the highest]-- but it has a new chef who has deservedly "rebuilt" the reputation. So full, I would recommend they make them a little smaller.
