I would like to see Cartier make a Santos with a grade five titanium top part which would be impervious to scratches and would double Cartier sales for the Santos models. Being independent gives us complete control over everything we do. At 35mm in diameter, it was indeed bigger, and the previously square bezel had a new design. I have the exact same watch, and I bought it specifically because it spoke to me more than the Datejust. Cartier decided to integrate the bezel with the bracelet, perhaps to give it a more fluid design. Would love to add a cartier at some point, which one I havent decided yet! I am, however, getting rid of the watch winder now because Im wearing the Santos much more than I expected.
