You can look forward to learning in roles such as chef, concierge, caterer, supervisor, guest room attendant, restaurant server, and bell staff. A wider temperature fluctuation is permitted at night inoffices and other spaces only occupied at certain timesof the day. 
High-quality interior finishes enhance the upscale experience for guests, while using durable materials that simplify maintenance over time. Circulation throughout the facility is intended to make guests aware of the educational components behind the hotel and restaurants operation. The furniture plan utilizes varied seating groups with lounge furniture, tables and chairs, and a range of accessories which include a modern, stand-alone hearth for social and conference break-out. Ice is frozen overnight in nine ICE KUBEunits when energy rates are lowest, and used to cool thekitchens and other areas during the day when electricrates are much higher. Students fill training and support roles that match their progress through our programs. 
Our graduates find work in everything from casual and fine dining restaurants, to casinos and large food corporations, locally, across the United States and internationally. The exterior is comprised of glass, a metal panel rain screen, and a terra cotta rain screen. Train in the operations of our full-service luxury hotel. The project incorporates three teaching kitchens, an on-site open-air gourmet restaurant, various conference and classroom spaces, administrative offices, student lounge space, and a 104-seat culinary amphitheater for demonstrations and classes.

Low E Glazing was used onwindows to improve the buildings energy efficiency. Critical to the projects success was meeting both the requirements of the hotel as a teaching facility and the expectations of real guests. 
Featuring the areas highest quality seasonal ingredients, The Class Act menus are far more creative than what you will find anywhere else. The design employs plentiful daylighting, vibrant color use, and clean detailing that seeks to create a European boutique experience not common in the area.
Motion sensors detect occupancy of classrooms andother spaces, turning off lights when no one is there.
